Terms of Service

Welcome to Curly's Service Station. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the website at curlysservicestation.com (the "Site") and the automotive services provided at our shop in Palmyra, NY. By using the Site or authorizing repairs at the shop, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful personal purposes such as learning about our services, viewing our location, and contacting the shop. You agree not to:

• Copy, republish, or resell material from the Site without permission
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest content or contact information
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form

2. Requests, Appointments, and Estimates

Submitting a contact form or requesting an appointment does not create a binding service contract. We will follow up to confirm scheduling and, where appropriate, provide a written estimate. Estimates are based on the information provided and the initial condition of the vehicle. If additional issues are discovered during service, we will contact you before performing the additional work.

3. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due when work is completed and before your vehicle is released. We may accept cash, checks, and standard credit or debit cards. Returned checks may be subject to a fee. Any account that remains unpaid is subject to interest and reasonable collection costs to the extent permitted by law.

4. Vehicles Left at the Shop

You must remove your vehicle promptly after being notified that work is complete. Vehicles left after that point may be subject to reasonable storage fees. To the extent permitted by New York law, we may exercise a mechanic's lien on any vehicle for which payment has not been made.

5. Parts and Warranty

Any warranty on parts is provided by the manufacturer or supplier of the part, subject to their terms. Labor performed at Curly's Service Station is warrantied against workmanship defects for the period disclosed on your invoice. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear. Customer-supplied parts are not covered by our labor warranty.

6. Diagnostic Fees

Diagnostic work takes time and expertise. A diagnostic fee may apply and will be disclosed before we begin. In some cases the diagnostic fee is credited toward the cost of the repair if you authorize the recommended work at Curly's.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You represent that you are the owner of the vehicle or are authorized to have it serviced. You agree to remove or secure valuables before leaving the vehicle. Curly's Service Station is not responsible for personal property left in vehicles.

8. Communications

By providing your phone number or email, you agree that we may contact you about your vehicle, appointment, estimate, and completed work. You may opt out of non-essential messages at any time by letting us know.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Curly's Service Station or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our name or marks without our prior written permission.

10. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Information on the Site is provided for general reference and is not a substitute for a professional inspection.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curly's Service Station and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or services provided at the shop. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including any statutory warranty rights.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Curly's Service Station and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site or services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wayne County, New York, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date below. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
